Steven's BIG PARTY!!

Many of you know, that Steven has a pool party at the same place every year. It is tons of fun, and lots of family and friends. We have such a great time. Here are our children having a blast!

"Split Decision" Quilt Finished!!

Here is my first quilt, all finished!

A corner of the back. Same paisley material as the front border
except with a blue background. This fabric is called Make
Life. It has cute sayings on it like: make life sweet,
make life fun, make life special, ect. It was a great
beginner quilt. It called for a jelly roll (moda fabrics) and
that helped with the cutting! I'm ready to make another one.

JUNE

Wow! June was fun and busy around our household. We started the month out with the start of swim team and swim lessons for the 3 youngest. Hunter is attending a football camp in the mornings for most of the summer, which he really enjoys. Steven and Hunter went to Scout camp the first week of June and had a great time. I went to Utah that same week for my Grandma Wilde's funeral. I drove up with Sean and Becky, and we caravaned with Blake and Heather's family, and Kjell and Marni's family. We had a good time. I'll miss Grandma Wilde. Then the next week, Kinsie and I went to girls camp. Kinsie's last year as a YCL. I was on the stake cook staff. We had a great kitchen team, and had the best time, and ate delicious food! I signed up for a quilt class that met once a week, for 4 weeks. Talk about wonderful!!! I want to make another one. It was so enjoyable. I will post pictures soon. My quilt is ready to bind and I will get to it next week. Kinsie is attending EVIT (cosmetology school-hair)for 4 weeks this summer, then will have a month off before school starts again. Stacie is also taking a summer class. Then we had an invitation to join some friends on their houseboat at Lake Powell. Lets just say amazing! We loved it. Pictures coming soon.
